During this period, you will complete your theoretical and practical classes.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4821\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4821\" aria-controls=\"collapse4821\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> I wish to register for the course, how can I do that?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4821\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4821\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>You have two options for registration: you may register online on our website or you may come visit the office any day between 9 AM and 7 PM.<\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><div><div>Following your online registration, an officer you call you to complete the registration. Payments can be done either in-person or by e-transfer to abc.conduire@gmail.com.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4822\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4822\" aria-controls=\"collapse4822\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Are there any documents needed for my registration?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4822\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4822\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>The driving school does not require any documents. However, when you will open your file at the SAAQ to obtain your learner's permit, you will require some documents.<\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><div><div>Citizens can go without any appointment: you will be asked to bring two pieces of ID, the attestation from the school and the payment for your learner's permit<\/div><\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><div><div>Non-citizens (Permanent residents, students, workers, refugees): on the day of your appointment, you will be required to bring certain documents.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4823\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4823\" aria-controls=\"collapse4823\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> At what age can I start my driving course?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4823\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4823\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>You can start your course with us one month before your 16th birthday. That will be enough time to complete phase 1. When you will open your file at the SAAQ, you must be 16 years old.<\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4824\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4824\" aria-controls=\"collapse4824\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> In what languages are the classes offerred?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4824\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4824\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>The theory classes are offered in French, English, Hindi, and Tamil. For the practical classes, we have monitors that speak French, English, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, Tamil, Arab and Turkish.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4825\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4825\" aria-controls=\"collapse4825\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Is the textbook mandatory?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4825\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4825\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>Absolutely. Students that do the beginners\u2019 program must have their book to all their theory classes. The book follows the program, its modules, and its components. It can be purchased at the driving school at the rate of $40.00 tax included.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4826\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4826\" aria-controls=\"collapse4826\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> How does the Module 5 \u2013 Evaluation work?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4826\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4826\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>When you are done with all first four (4) modules, we will book you a day for your module 5. If that day is not convenient, please contact the driving school office.<\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><div><div>The module 5 is divided into two parts: one hour you will revise for the test, with the instructor and one hour will be given for the test itself. There are 24 questions, on which 18 questions must be correct (75% to pass). When you pass, you can get the school\u2019s attestation. If you fail, you will be asked to redo the test. Upon two failures, a fee will be applied to redo tests.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4827\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4827\" aria-controls=\"collapse4827\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> I am not a citizen. How can I book my appointment at the SAAQ to open a file?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4827\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4827\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>For that, you must call the SAAQ at 514-954-7771. Dial #9 for English and #2 to speak to a representative. It is best to call in the beginning of your phase 1, so you will receive an appointment towards the end of that phase.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4828\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4828\" aria-controls=\"collapse4828\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> What happens if I want to cancel a driving class appointment?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4828\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4828\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>For theory classes, there will be a fee of $13.05 + taxes per hour missed or cancelled within 24 hours. If you are late to class, you will miss the entire session of two hours.<\/div><\/div><div><\/div><div><div><div>For practical classes, there will be a fee of $30.43 + taxes per hour missed or cancelled within 24 hours.<\/div><div>Call the office to know when your next appointment could be. You must clear of those fees before booking any other appointment.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-4829\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse4829\" aria-controls=\"collapse4829\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Are there driving classes if there is a snowstorm or freezing rain?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse4829\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-482\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-4829\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><div><div>Driving classes on the road are only permittable if the weather conditions allow it. In case of bad conditions, the driving school office may cancel your appointment on the day of.
